The franchised Super 8 by Wyndham location in Osseo, Wisconsin is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk (Franchise) to join its team at the Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo.

The Role

The Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo, WI is now seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Clerk to join our team. Please apply online or in-person at the hotel (50663 Oak Grove Rd, Osseo, WI 54758).

What you'll do

Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record payment information.

Mitigate customer complaints as needed.

Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.

Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs.

General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date.

You'll be successful if you have

Customer service experience.

Required Qualifications/Experience

High School Diploma.

Customer Service Experience.
