Your day as a Commercial Banking Officer As a Full-Time Commercial Banking Officer at Intercity State Bank, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a commercial lending portfolio while building strong client relationships in the Wausau market. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing client potential, justifying associated risks, and ensuring compliance with bank lending policies. You\'ll engage in community activities to enhance the Bank\'s presence and provide top-notch service by cross-selling various banking products. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing financial statements and conducting on-site visits to evaluate credit risk. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing credit presentations for the Loan Committee, monitoring loan performance, and managing compliance with all regulatory requirements. What matters most To excel as a Full-Time Commercial Banking Officer at Intercity State Bank in Schofield, WI, candidates must possess a solid foundation in business, finance, or accounting, backed by a Bachelor\'s degree. A minimum of three years of commercial lending experience in a banking environment is essential, along with a thorough understanding of current regulations and compliance issues related to lending and bank products. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools is required to efficiently analyze financial data and prepare compelling credit presentations. Small Business Administration (SBA) experience preferred.
