Description Position Summary: The Operations Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing productivity, maintaining proper inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing expense by providing leadership and guidance within organizational guidelines. Talent Management: Ensure employees are trained and developed; manages store personnel needs. Performance & Standards: Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication. Services & Programs: Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals. Safety and Risk: Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities. Job Pay & Perks: Pay range: $60,400 - $88,550 Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
