Maintenance Technician - 2nd or 3rd Shift

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our facility and equipment running smoothly. This hands-on position is ideal for a proactive, self-starting technician who thrives in a clean, organized, and modern environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and routine maintenance on facility equipment (fluid/filter changes, inspections, basic repairs)

Support installation and setup of new machinery, including hydraulic systems and plunge grinders

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of systems

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors (e.g., electricians, plumbers)

Identify and complete tasks that improve facility operations and efficiency

What You Bring

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

Familiarity with automation, robotics, pneumatics, and PLCs

Ability to work independently on off-shifts and take initiative

Tech school education (preferred but not required)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
