The role of Finance Program Analyst - part of the TranSCend Finance Project Management (PMO) is a key role in our Finance transformation journey. This role will partner with key business and technology stakeholders across various deployments and regions. The candidate will acquire a 360° overview of TranSCend Finance transformation and build advanced skills in Program management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the setup, execution, and governance of project and program management frameworks
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues across the portfolio and ensure timely escalations
Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports. Assist in planning project roadmaps, deliverables, and monitor performance
Drive appropriate program communications and interfaces at various operating levels. Communicate project impediments to key stakeholders and support team in efforts to clear roadblocks
Maintain and manage the KPI data points to ensure KPI alignment and reporting
Partners closely with Project leads/ Finance PMOs/ Leads across business and technology teams to ensure seamless deployment in a timely manner
Maintain project plan and drive updates on project/program level
Manages team interdependencies to ensure confirmed deliverables are best positioned for completion, avoiding duplication of efforts and disconnected processes / steps driving efficient partnership and synergy amongst all relevant TranSCend stakeholders
Anticipates potential risks / program obstacles through an understanding of key business processes and partners with Project/ wave leads to bring visibility
Responsible for the delivery of effective change management by consistent application of the change management process and the correct integration of tools, platforms, applications and resources.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO
Contribute to the advancement and improvement of project delivery methods
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Finance with exposure to Supply Chain
Intermediate knowledge of JIRA
Strong analytical abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information in an easily understood manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player and positive attitude toward people and interpersonal skills
Experience with successful project management techniques
Solid working knowledge of phased / iterative delivery techniques
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000- $124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
