Welcome to VA Long Beach Tibor Rubin - History WMC Total Rewards - Power Apps Responsibilities The major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operating farm-@type tractors and towed or attached equipment such as mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, chippers, sprayers, discs, post-hole diggers, front-end loading devices, moveable dozer blades, and backhoes with extended boom capability. Operating and maintaining automobiles, pickup trucks, two-ton dump trucks, vans (up to 15 passenger), forklifts, street sweepers, trenchers, soil compactors, box scrappers, cargo vans, and elevated personnel work platforms. Maintaining turf areas using specialized equipment, mowing areas such as facility grounds. Operating and maintaining lawns, roads, and parking lots. Operating one or more @types of heavy equipment to push, pull, pile, or load materials such as sand, gravel, earth, snow, or refuse. HPTs may be paid or unpaid and include residents, interns, fellows and students. HCP also includes VHA personnel providing home-based care to Veterans and drivers and other personnel whose duties put them in contact with patients outside VA medical facilities. The Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP) and Career Transition Assistance Plan (CTAP) provide eligible displaced VA competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
