Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Loader to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Loader, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient operation of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Manufacturing Loader

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What's the Job?

Load and unload sheets of plywood efficiently and safely.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What's Needed?

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
