Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements

At least three years in on-site property management with one year of Assistant Community Manager experience.

Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.

Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (on rent days only)

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
