Position Description:
CGI has an immediate need for a Marketing Technology Systems Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.
This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Marketing Technology Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing software integrations aligned with our client's business functionality, resiliency, and security standards. This position involves planning, designing, and implementing system upgrades, analyzing requirements, configuring systems, resolving production issues, and providing technical support to both business partners and internal teams. The role requires deep expertise in digital experience platforms (DXP), learning management systems (LMS), and marketing technologies, with a strong focus on system configuration, user support, and vendor coordination.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud-based marketing tools and LMS systems.
Proven experience in LMS administration, configuration, and implementation in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of web-based, multimedia, and mobile technologies.
Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams.
Working knowledge of corporate platform systems and training program development.
Experience in creating user documentation and delivering end-user training.
Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based marketing tools and relational systems.
Proficiency in Google Analytics administration and security configurations.
Salesforce administration and configuration for both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Solid understanding of networking and security principles, including access controls and routing.
Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Google Analytics, or LMS platforms are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $83,800.00 - $121,900.00.
