Are you a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a reputable mid-sized litigation firm in Denver, is seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to join their team. This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility, allowing you to thrive in a supportive and professional environment.

Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.

Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately indexed and filed.

Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries to assist attorneys in crafting strategies.

Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as needed.

Manage deadlines, calendars, and court schedules to ensure timely submissions and filings.

Assist with the organization and management of electronic discovery (e-discovery).

Requirements

Experience: 3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; experience with trial preparation is a plus.

Education: Paralegal certification required (NALA, NFPA, or ABA-approved program); bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software tools (e.g., Relativity, CaseMap, or Clio) is highly desirable.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal court rules and procedures.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
