We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist and Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Buford, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business-to-business sales, and nurturing strong relationships with customers and vendors. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Drive B2B sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their needs and identify new opportunities.

Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.

Support sales processes by coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Experience with Salesforce is not required, but it is preferred.

Requirements - Proven experience in account management or inside sales roles.

Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
