We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Senior Marketing Manager, NAMER Customer Marketing. This person will support the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across LinkedIn's Strategic Accounts and Large Customers in NAMER. As part of the Global Customer Marketing team, you will contribute to targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns that influence pipeline and accelerate product adoption for LinkedIn Ads. Your remit will encompass a close partnership with our Global Business Organization and cross-functional marketing teams to activate targeted plays, lead key initiatives, and deepen relationships with priority accounts. This role requires strategic execution, data-driven decision-making, and customer obsession to design breakthrough marketing campaigns that set the standard for ABM excellence and deliver value to LinkedIn Ads' priority accounts.
Responsibilities:
Support strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for LinkedIn Ads in NAMER.
Collaborate with other ABM leads and cross-functional partners to bring full-funnel, targeted campaigns to life.
Translate account insights and sales priorities into relevant campaign access, messages, and engagement tactics utilizing established frameworks.
Track campaign and program performance, capturing key learnings and contributing to ongoing optimization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Partner with marketing and sales teams to build and execute campaigns tailored to business priorities.
Manage day-to-day communication with key stakeholders across Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Ecosystem Marketing, and Growth Marketing in addition to Sales, Brand Strategy, and Ops teams.
Represent ABM program in key meetings, driving relevant discussions and delivery of next steps.
Prepare campaign recaps and performance reviews for stakeholder and leadership reporting.
Demonstrate customer obsession and LinkedIn's culture and leadership values.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional counterparts. Surface and resolve any challenges as they arise.
Account Based Marketing
Develop, lead, and execute 1:1 and 1:many ABM programs that grow revenue, accelerate product adoption, and shift perception of LinkedIn Ads among our Strategic Accounts and Large Customers in NAMER.
Activate multi-channel marketing tactics grounded in an understanding of marketing personals, buying group dynamics, and LinkedIn Ads value propositions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to shape audience-specific campaigns that align business priorities and customer needs.
Coordinate execution across stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and executional excellence.
Own high-impact tactics and personalized experiences that reinforce LinkedIn's leadership in B2B marketing and deepen strategic customer relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience driving Account-Based Marketing or Customer Marketing programs
3+ years of experience owning stakeholder management and leading workstreams involving cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity working with Enterprise-level customers or Fortune 100 companies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with other marketing and business teams
AI literacy or subject-matter expertise in applying AI to solve marketing problems
Passion for activating audience-centric programs through creativity, experiences, and storytelling
Accountability for reporting, optimization, and socialization of insights/best practices to drive ROI and leverage

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
