A Brief Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of labor and employment attorneys, paralegals, and executives. This onsite/hybrid role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

NOTE: This is not a total remote role as the successful candidate will report to the office 3 days a week.

What you will do

Supports executives with confidential administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, document review, and project coordination.

Provides direct administrative support to labor and employment attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Establishes efficient workflow and office operations by helping communicate and follow established policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement.

Collaborates with attorneys and paralegals to compile data or reports as requested.

Prepares, proofreads, and formats correspondence and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

Coordinates and schedules internal and external meetings, depositions, hearings, and interviews.

Liaises with internal departments and external counsel to facilitate communication and information sharing.

Identifies opportunities to provide administrative assistance to executive-level or senior level colleagues.

Handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Implements a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a legal administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in labor and employment law.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal document management and billing systems.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

Education: High school diploma, specialized training, and 3 years of relevant professional work experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$24.13 - $58.85

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
