Manufacturing Assembler - Weekly Pay!!

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($20/hr)

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ($21/hr)

Job Description

I am seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team in Tooele, Utah as Heavy Industrial Assemblers. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who are ready to contribute to high-volume production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Utilize assembly skills in all departments supporting battery enclosures.

Assist in the assembly of large-scale electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.

Operate forklifts, preferably stand-up, to move heavy materials and battery modules.

Push and maneuver carts loaded with up to 750 lbs of equipment.

Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.

Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.

Collaborate with team members and material handlers to maintain production flow.

Frequent lifting of 50 lbs, walking, bending, and pushing 750 lb battery modules on carts.

Essential Skills

Proven experience operating forklifts in an industrial setting.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physically demanding tasks.

Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and crimpers.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.

Experience in loading/unloading trucks.

Familiarity with SAP systems for inventory tracking.

The Tooele site offers a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Employees will receive OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. The workplace is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols. Employees must wear composite-toed shoes to start work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
