Summary About the Position: Serves as the Team Lead Information Technology (IT) Specialist within the IT Directorate which is involved in Configuration Management and Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing activities and supports all aspects of the agile software development pipeline. Responsibilities As an Lead Information Technology Specialist (System Analysis/ Application Software), you will: This position is responsible for the establishment of baselines, tracking and controlling changes, and establishing and maintain the integrity of all baselines. Identifies productivity standards and metrics for the IT Directorate in analyzing, developing and recommending the establishment of standards for life cycle Software Testing and Quality Assurance Management. Provides updates and insights on the latest project developments to mid-level and senior management. Ensures baselines are accessible only to authorized users and integrates them into the knowledge management system.
