What We Need:

We're looking for go-getters with:

A degree in Accounting.

Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Division Presidents, VP of Accounting, and the Financial Controller to drive business success.

Perform month-end and year-end close processes with precision.

Prepare journal entries, including cash receipts, inter-company transfers, and payroll.

Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements while reporting discrepancies.

Process and reconcile expense reports seamlessly.

Compile and analyze financial information, ensuring accurate revenue and expense tracking.

Support crucial audits by prepping documents and maintaining robust internal controls.

Make an impact by recommending process improvements and implementing best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an Accounting role.

Bachelor's degree in accounting.

Confidentiality and integrity.

Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
