We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our industrial machinery sales team across the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technical sales, particularly within the industrial machinery sector, who can drive revenue growth and inspire their team to achieve ambitious goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and leveraging technical expertise to deliver customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of inside and outside sales representatives, fostering growth and achieving sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

Identify and target key industries and customer segments to expand market reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Monitor sales performance, providing coaching and actionable feedback to improve outcomes.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Utilize Epicor software to streamline sales processes and ensure seamless integration.

Manage Salesforce systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating detailed sales reports and dashboards.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, with a focus on industrial machinery.

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.

Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.

Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Experience with Epicor software in a manufacturing setting.
