Job Title: STC AdvocatePAY: $16/hrJob Description

The STC Advocate role offers a unique combination of responsibilities, serving as the face of the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a memorable and exceptional experience, as you will likely be the first company employee they meet face-to-face during the vehicle selling process.

Responsibilities

Deliver a uniquely special experience to every customer, embodying the essence of the company on a daily basis.

Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in the customer tracking system.

Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with the company's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Assist team members with various tasks as necessary, showcasing teamwork and collaboration.

Drive a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 appointments daily at customer homes, greet customers, review the car they are selling, facilitate paperwork on an iPad, and arrange for the car tow.

Essential Skills

Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for the past 5 years.

2+ years of customer-facing experience with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong sense of humor, passion for customer experience, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

Team player with an understanding of teamwork value.

Heightened sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate customer offerings clearly.

Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions.

Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Interest in working hard and being challenged in a fast-paced environment while having fun.

Frequent driving requires excellent visual activity and manual dexterity, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment

This is a temporary role for 6-8 weeks to assist during the busy August season. There is a small opportunity to transition to a permanent position, especially if you have full availability and are willing to move into a car hauler position in the future. The environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions, with potential exposure to inclement/extreme weather. The culture is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring great communication skills, brand ambassadorship, and multitasking abilities. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
