About the role

In this pivotal role, you'll be orchestrating the flow of goods from dock to doorstep, designing efficient systems, and collaborating across departments to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. If you're a problem-solver who thrives on precision, optimization, and high standards of safety and accountability-this could be your next big move.
Your responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations for secure, compliant handling of pharmaceutical products
Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch in line with cGMP and regulatory standards
Ensure inventory traceability, accuracy, and audit readiness
Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, and Release for Sale teams to manage shipments
Maintain compliance with documentation, GMP, and safety regulations
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of warehouse staff
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Optimize workflows, logistics strategies, and cost-effectiveness
Monitor KPIs to drive data-based operational decisions
Supervise equipment maintenance and staff training to meet GMP standards
Manage budgets and identify cost-saving initiatives
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field with a min of 4 years of warehouse/inventory management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or related industry
Preferred certifications: CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent in supply chain and inventory management
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and pharmaceutical documentation systems
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehousing processes and logistics operations
Experience with inbound/outbound processing, inventory control, material staging, returns, master data, and reporting
Understanding of logistics interfaces and coordination with third-party logistics providers
Proven people management skills, including staff development and performance oversight
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with cultural empathy
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
SAP Super User with expertise in Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS)

Salary Range
USD $91,000.00 - $137,000.00
Hiring Range: $91,000 - 114,000K
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
