About the role
We're looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our team-someone who thrives on driving efficiency, precision, and impact. In this role, you'll be a key financial partner in our operations, leading cost control initiatives, supporting monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, and influencing strategic decisions through insightful analysis.
A cornerstone of this role is deep SAP knowledge where you will be instrumental in the deployment and optimization of SAP systems across supply and finance functions. You'll collaborate with project consultants and cross-functional teams to shape how we manage and report our financial data.
Beyond SAP, you'll steer internal controls, oversee inventory management, analyze variances, support forecasting, and guide Capex execution-all while championing continuous improvement and cost savings.
Your responsibilities
Drive cost controls and variance analysis (materials/conversion).
Lead monthly close and ensure accurate balances.
Review assets, inventory, accruals, and prepayments.
Maintain asset register and manage write-offs.
Deliver timely reporting (Fusion/HFM, Excel/Hyperion). Analyze variances across P&L, scorecards, wastage, headcount, fixed costs, and transfer pricing.
Compare actual vs. standard (ABC model); explain differences.
Set and distribute standard product costs. Prepare NPD estimates and assumptions.
Align brand variances and track PPV with analysts.
Boost supply efficiency and manage routine finance tasks.
Support SAP rollout with consultants and cross-functional teams.
Track and reconcile X-trim savings vs. costs.
Provide Capex input; monitor approvals with Engineering.
Communicate price changes and commitments.
Oversee raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.

The experience we're looking for
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required; MBA a +. CPA preferred
3+ years of finance / accounting experience - factory finance experience preferred.
Strong financial analysis demonstrated in previous positions.
Knowledge of master data (vendor, material, customer)
Understanding of Product Costing structure
Understanding of Profitability Analysis of Products and Customers
Good understanding of P&L Analysis
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Must be self-motivated.
Strong computer skills required; knowledge of JD Edwards ERP System preferred.

Salary Range
USD$87,000.00 - $131,000.00
Hiring Range: 87,000 - 109,000
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
