Our client, a leading company in the consumer products and entertainment industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team.

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Integrated Marketing Communications department supporting the Mattel Creations and Mattel Brand teams. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Support IMC Account Lead in developing integrated marketing programs from concept to execution.

Drive strategic and creative leadership in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Lead development of marketing tentpoles and brand campaigns with global consistency.

Oversee agency and production budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines.

Represent IMC in Brand 360 meetings and proactively share competitive insights.

What's Needed?

7+ years in marketing, advertising, operations, or program management.

Experience working with advertising agencies and understanding their processes.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in digital, social, and DTC marketing for e-commerce.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Monday.com.
