We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team in Compton, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the plastics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and support.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.

Manage customer accounts using CRM tools to ensure seamless service delivery.

Address billing concerns and resolve payment-related issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.

Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for service enhancement.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.

Strong analytical skills to identify and address service-related challenges.

Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of plastics manufacturing or related industries is an asset.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
