General Laborer

$22 per hour

Job Description

The general laborer will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while holding inventory. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. The position involves working as part of a team to complete a designated amount of swaps within a specific timeframe. Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures are essential.

Responsibilities

Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while managing inventory.

Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced setting.

Collaborate effectively with team members to complete swaps within specified time limits.

Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

Experience with general labor tasks.

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

Background in construction, production, or carpentry.

Ability to build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.

Punctuality, reliability, and safety consciousness.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Commercial construction and assembly experience.

Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Skill in using hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
