If you're ready to bring your skills and drive to a company making a global impact, we want to hear from you! Schedule: 8am - 5pm Salary: $65,000 - $90,000/yr. Essential Tasks: - Design and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.- Apply expertise in CNC milling, turning, grinding, drilling, material selection, and machining parameters.- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality or throughput problems.- Drive cost reduction initiatives by improving resource utilization, minimizing waste, and enhancing process efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and support continuous improvement efforts like Lean and Six Sigma.- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, implement new technologies, document process changes, and design tooling and fixtures for machining operations.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Experience in a machining environment and familiarity with machine shop operations is highly desirable.- Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), process simulation tools, and ERP systems; ability to read technical drawings and create 3D models.- Knowledge of G-Code, programming languages, and measurement tools for ensuring accuracy and quality.- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, and molding, with familiarity in quality control standards and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.This is a direct hire position with benefits offered by our client including 100% paid medical, dental, short-term, and long-term disability, 13 paid holidays, vacation/personal days, 401(k) plan with match, and annual bonus/profit sharing.
