Job Description

Perform regular equipment setups, program loads, and SMT troubleshooting and make adjustments to meet production requirements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot machine errors, placement defects, and hardware/software issues.

Monitor machine performance and proactively identify issues to minimize downtime.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on all SMT lines, Trolley's and relavent equipment needed to keep SMT production running.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, leadership and production teams to ensure optimal process performance.

Maintain documentation and records of machine settings, maintenance, and repair activities.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Training of new operators and building operators skills and knowlwdge on SMT and related operations.

strong communication amongst team to keep optimal production time, detailed information collection for incoming shifts / process owners.

WEEKEND SHIFT: Thursdays - Sundays 10hrs shift

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with SMT experience

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with running an SMT line are highly desirable.

Ability to interpret technical documents, machine manuals, and schematics.

Proficiency with computer-based machine controls and basic data entry.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Technical certificate or associate degree in electronics,

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Lift up to 40 pounds.

Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion tasks.

Handle multiple lines operating at a time to keep production going and on schedule

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $42436 - $67898

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
