We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mokena, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential leads through prospecting activities to drive business growth.

Provide direct support to the Customer Service Manager in resolving client inquiries and operational tasks.

Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to address open issues and foster strong relationships.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes to ensure timely responses and resolutions.

Serve as a backup for essential internal processes, including order entry, shipping coordination, and invoicing.

Handle inbound inquiries and calls to assist customers promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transactions across various operational areas.

The salary range for this position is $21/hr. to $23/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.

Proven ability to handle inbound inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong skills in lead generation and prospecting.

Proficiency in managing order entry, shipping logistics, and invoicing processes.

Adept at following up on customer quotes and maintaining clear communication.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
