Our MSP Operations Manager is accountable for:

Managing escalations and operations, and meeting KPIs and SLAs

High level problem solving, supplier management, and program compliance

Assisting with SOW management and processing

Running performance reports via MS Excel

Managing a team of Talent Supply Chain Consultants

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

SOW experience is required

Experience in analyzing and trending large amounts of data

Strong ability to drive positive results and retain focus and motivation to ensure consistent output

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal and decision making

Excellent time management and organization skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers and colleagues on projects, solutions, and issues

Strong people management skills with the ability to put trust and empowerment in all reports

Independent and strategic thinker

Seeking minimum of 7 years of MSP account management, operations, or service delivery in a customer account.
