Our client, a dedicated organization in the child care regulation sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the support team assisting the Regional Safety Program Manager, Child Care Supervisors, and Counselors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Pensacola, FL

Shift: M-T-W 8-5PM

What's the Job?

Perform general and specialized clerical and administrative duties including communications, data processing, and file management.

Support the Regional Safety Program Manager and/or Supervisors and Counselors in the Child Care Regulation program by executing administrative tasks as requested.

Demonstrate proficiency in using Child Care Regulation computer applications (CARES) and other programs such as MFMP, Outlook, and MS Office to complete assigned tasks.

Greet child care clients, providers, and the public via phone, email, and in person, directing them appropriately and handling routine requests.

Assist in organizing legal files and maintaining documents for court actions, as well as supporting public events and provider meetings.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Commitment to confidentiality and data security protocols.
