JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re hiring a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a busy Human Resources team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This contract position is expected to last approximately six months and will play a vital role in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include front desk reception, managing mail and office supplies, clerical support, and assisting with HR functions such as event coordination, candidate scheduling, and data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong communication and computer skills are essential. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: - Greet visitors, team members, and vendors professionally and ensure compliance with GMP and security procedures - Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner - Maintain the front lobby and ensure it presents a professional appearance - Sort, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments - Perform clerical duties such as filing, folding, data compilation, and envelope stuffing - Monitor and restock office, breakroom, and mailing supplies - Maintain cleanliness of office areas and perform light housekeeping as needed - Maintain team member files with discretion and accuracy - Assist with coordination of internal events, meetings, and recognition programs - Manage petty cash and reconcile expenses; approve invoices and credit card charges - Schedule on-site interviews and coordinate candidate travel logistics - Serve as point of contact for candidates and support Talent Acquisition team - Participate in general HR projects and initiatives as assigned ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED - At least two years of administrative experience in a business setting - Prior HR support experience preferred - Bilingual or trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or Hmong is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Edge - High level of attention to detail, reliability, and discretion - Customer-focused and professional demeanor - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: sheboyganresumes@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/765363 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
