Product Line Manager - Single Phase UPS

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Product Line Manager to develop and drive the strategy and vision for their Single-Phase Network-Class, Cloud and Endpoint UPS portfolio including specialty UPS and Healthcare within the Distributed IT organization, part of the Electrical Sector - Americas business! Reporting to the Sr. Product Line Director for Physical Infrastructure within the D-IT business unit, this individual will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy for Eaton's 1PH UPS portfolio. This position is a hybrid role that based in Woodridge, Illinois or Raleigh, NC with approximately 25% travel.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the strategic plan for the product line, including product development projects and marketing programs, to achieve growth in orders and sales and maintain profitability of the product line. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic short-term and long-term objectives and business plans for the product line. This includes achieving sales volume targets, market share, strategic pricing, pricing realization, profitability, and maintaining product quality standards. Direct and oversee new product development and introduction of new products into the market. Develop and own product roadmaps and the execution of the product lifecycle. Regularly participate in and reports out product line financials, including forecasting and performance to plan. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Segments, Business Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. Accountable for product line P&L; responsibility for volume, price, margin, and profit. Lead a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

5+ years of experience working with single-phase UPS Systems (or related technologies).

5+ years of experience in Product Management or related field.

Demonstrated track record driving product line growth.

Understanding Product Development processes or similar stage gate processes.

Experience with SAP, Enovia, Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and CRM tools (Salesforce).

No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL or Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid negotiation skills and knowledge of marketing techniques including experience in sales.

Manager of people experience.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141,000 - $206,800 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
