Entry-Level Laboratory Technician

Distillation Department

Location: Danbury, CT

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $23 per hour (plus competitive benefits)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level

Laboratory Technician to join our Distillation Department. This position offers

an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic laboratory

environment, supporting the distillation processes essential to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and operation of distillation equipment

Conduct routine laboratory tests and measurements

Document and record test results accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth department operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
