Job Title: Construction Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic production team where you'll play a key role in crafting structural wood components like trusses and wall panels. Working in an outdoor yard environment, you'll follow digital construction plans displayed on overhead monitors-no paper blueprints needed. Your day-to-day will involve selecting and preparing lumber, operating saws and power tools, and assembling parts with precision and care. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building, problem-solving, and working with their hands in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Follow digital construction plans displayed on overhead screens to assemble wood trusses and panels with accuracy.

Select, organize, and cut lumber in an outdoor production yard.

Operate a variety of hand and power tools to fabricate structural components.

Stay physically active throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with tools such as drill, saw, hammer, nail gun, and tape measure.

Ability to handle lumber and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a shop/yard environment with 8-10 crew members per building per shift. The first shift runs from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday to Friday. Dress code is construction-required attire, including work pants, sweatshirts, gloves, and steel toe or carbon toe boots, depending on the weather.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
