Team Leadership:

Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on achieving results.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive personal and team growth.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to support organizational objectives.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

Monitor and ensure alignment with overall company goals and KPIs.

Operational Oversight:

Plan and organize daily team activities, ensuring optimal performance and resource management.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Maintain accurate sales records, reporting progress and trends to senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when needed.

Recruitment and Training:

Participate in the hiring process for new team members.

Onboard and train sales representatives on best practices, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
