Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

Our Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution, compliance, and quality control of ongoing ITSS efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects under the general direction of the Program Manager.

Assist with the development, tracking, and execution of project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.

Support contract administration, reporting, and documentation in line with contractual and organizational standards.

Monitor project deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards.

Prepare and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and government stakeholders.

Interface with technical, business, and support teams to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.

Assist with vendor integration tasks and track vendor deliverables.

Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and maintain project documentation.

Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliance with DoD and ARL-specific requirements.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Must have a BA/BS Degree or an AA Degree with two (2+) years of additional experience.

Must have at least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in project coordination, program control, or contract administration in a technical or government contracting environment.

IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).

Preferred:

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 certification.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, or equivalent.

Experience with the ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.

Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.

A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
