Do you have a flair for cooking and a positive attitude that makes every day in the kitchen a joy? We're searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant who's not only skilled with a spatula but also brings a contagious energy and enthusiasm to our team!
Full-time and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Starting Pay: $13 hourly
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Food & Beverage Attendant is to provide guests with an excellent dining experience while assisting in the presentation of the complimentary breakfast/evening reception.
Work Performed:
The Food & Beverage Attendant will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Complete the sanitization/disinfection/cleanliness of work area, including counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigerationequipment;
Present complimentary breakfast/evening reception by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping table, restocking buffet area.
Provide a high level of customer service, including resolving customer concerns in a warmand professionalmanner;
Able toperform the duties ofa complimentary bartender, busser, cook, or serverasneeded;
Knowledge of menus, presentation, and preparationmethods;
Ensure that all food is stored in proper containers and at proper storage and holdingtemperatures;
Work with all employees as a team to ensure smooth operation of foodproduction;
Facilitate shift changes and relay any pertinent information to supervisor and/or next shiftemployees;
Observe Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination, keepingcompartment sink, side boards, and refrigerators clean andsanitized;
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Previous food service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Food Safety Training?certified?or become certified within first 60 days of employment. ?
Alcohol Awareness certified?or become certified within first 60 days of employment ?
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally and 15lbs regularly
Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Flexible to?work day?shifts, early mornings, evenings,nightsweekends and holidays
