Electrical Engineer

Job Duties:

Manage periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) activities to be performed on existing or new equipment through various inputs such as: discipline subject matter experts, model outputs, results of historical data, etc. to ensure operations / equipment are reliable. Continually analyze PPM plans and make suitable changes in the plans, resources, schedules to optimize the PPM program Coordinate and oversee maintaining and up?dating the periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) activities filing system within SAP for new equipment being installed, spare?parts lists, scheduled services, and related information/documentation in?order to capture information and facilitate execution of appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner. Monitor the PPM program to ensure that there are no overdues in the Preventive Maintenance plans. Participate as subject matter expert with relevant functions, during root cause investigations where periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) activities have been identified as potential causes for equipment failure. Track and identify the periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) opportunities and extend intervals with the Maintenance group and Leadership to evaluate causes and effects of changing intervals based on the standards and compliance with operational maintenance procedures and regulations. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Maintenance systems, processes and practices considering 'industry best practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
