Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Watsonville, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays (half day)

Pay Rate : $18.00/HR

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dependable Office Administrator to help with day-to-day office tasks. If you're organized, friendly, and good with basic computer skills, we'd love to meet you.

Candidates should have prior experience working in a similar role/environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phones

Handle filing, scanning, and data entry

Order office supplies and keep things organized

Help with scheduling, mail, and other admin tasks

Support billing and basic recordkeeping

Assist where needed around the office

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Office experience preferred

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication and time management

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
