Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gilroy, California. This is a Contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone who excels in providing organizational and clerical support while maintaining a focus on customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain physical and digital records to ensure efficient filing systems.

Handle faxing and scanning tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Utilize basic computer applications to manage data and assist with day-to-day operations.

Support team members by coordinating office activities and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.

Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service with attention to detail.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
