As part of the Marketing Operations team within KeyBank's Consumer Product Marketing Organization, this position will report to the Marketing Operations Lead aligned to marketing governance activities for the Consumer Bank. The Marketing Operations Team works across the Lines of Business to perform control testing, disclosure management, and process improvements. This position will assist with development of operating and control procedures, training materials, monitoring dashboards and a system for recordkeeping and reporting of Consumer Bank identified findings and issues. Additionally, this position will create logic used to query data used in monitoring controls and generating operational reports. Essential Functions:
Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues and effectively works across internal and external teams to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders
Acts as a liaison between control owners, internal business partners and risk advisors to support the facilitation and execution of control testing
Collaborates with 1st and 2nd Line of Defense on audits, remediations, regulatory exams, and to improve risk management practices across the lines of business
Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and information; can move logically from identified findings and issues to conclusions and actionable business insights
Effectively recognize and escalate areas of inefficiency and identified risks in operational procedures and propose solutions for improvement for timely resolution
Assists in documenting and monitoring the progress of remedial actions for issues identified through control testing and by others, including Internal Audit, Compliance, regulators, and management self-identified issues.
Assess control effectiveness across various marketing channels, tools, and platforms
Assists in the development of dashboards and reports to monitor control metrics, testing results, and quality of controls
Develop a thorough understanding of data processing inputs critical to reporting compliance
Identify and document critical data elements (CDEs) in collaboration with key stakeholders
Identify control gaps and areas of improvement and partner with lines of business to implement remediations
Assists in developing and monitoring training programs and resources for marketing teams on operational procedures and controls
Supports ad-hoc, special, and/or focused reviews as necessary, as well as other duties and projects as assigned
Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be incorporate into in day-to-day activities and decisions

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, controls testing, internal audit, quality control roles, or other complimentary capacities, preferably within the financial services industry, marketing experience a plus
Experience with multiple ETL technologies (e.g., Python, XML, Rest API, SAAS)
Proficiency in analytical/reporting tools (SQL, SAS EG, Tableau, etc.)
Proficient in consuming datasets into productionalized reports and dashboards
Knowledge of data governance and regulatory reporting data elements
Solid knowledge of risk management principles and controls, broad-based business practices, and understanding of business process and regulatory requirements
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office and related Microsoft products
Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
Able to track and maintain scheduled assignments
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Experience with compliance and/or risk management
Familiarity with Adobe MarTech suite and Atlassian products preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $56,000 to $80,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance
