Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania .

Position Responsibilities:

Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities

Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases

Conducts and guides supplier assessments

Develops current and projected work statement

Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans

Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders

Develops and executes work movement plans

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering

More than 5 years of experience in program management within supplier management

1 or more years of experience working in an engineering field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 5: 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

More than 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

More than 5 years of experience working across multiple programs and locations

More than 5 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

More than 5 years of experience leading supplier contract negotiations

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Level 4: $118,150 - $145,950

Level 5: $137,700 - $170,100
