Job Duties: Create sophisticated automation platform roadmap and own delivery on key breakthroughs, capabilities and key performance indicators related to the roadmap; hire, evaluate, and supervise a team; provide guidance and training as necessary to develop team members; lead the design, build, and deployment of identity and access management technological capabilities that are compliant with enterprise security standards and integrated with enterprise access administration infrastructure; work closely with senior leadership and other IT teams to align strategies and projects with business objectives; guide business partners in drafting current and future state process flows and capabilities; direct and oversee the implementation of changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; manage the resolution of complex, critical technology security-related issues elevated from team and clients; provide technical support to crew identifying and resolving issues; serve as an internal and external subject matter expert; contribute to the development of company's new enhancements.

*** Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related IT field and 2 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Associate, Software Engineer and/or Product Specialist - Technical and/or Associate - Projects and/or Programmer Analyst.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or closely related IT field and 5 years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Associate, Software Engineer and/or Product Specialist - Technical and/or Associate - Projects and/or Programmer Analyst.
