Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic cosmetics company. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role is crucial in supporting sales growth and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels regarding product information, order status, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to relevant departments.

Support the sales team in tracking sales targets, performance metrics, and generating sales forecasts.

Help organize trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for cosmetics and beauty products is a plus.
