Job Description

The Financial Analyst plays a critical support role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within Global Commercial Finance, contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial insights. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role provides rotational exposure across both the Long-Range Plan (LRP)/Annual Plan team and the LBE (Latest Best Estimate)/Actuals team, offering experience in both long-term strategic planning and operational performance tracking. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across global finance and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Assists in the development and consolidation of the Long-Range Plan and Annual Plan by building financial models, gathering data inputs, and analyzing trends.

Supports the preparation of monthly Actuals reports, quarterly Flash reports, and Earnings materials, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs.

Contributes to the creation and refinement of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership review.

Collaborates with commercial finance teams, corporate FP&A, and global affiliates to support forecast alignment and financial planning assumptions.

Reconciles financial data across multiple systems (e.g., BPC, BIP, Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient financial reporting and planning workflows.

Provides analytical support for ad hoc financial projects and assist in delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

2+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.

Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility.

Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.

Proficient Excel skills required.

Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.
