Description

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our dynamic team in North Houston! In this role, you will contribute to the company's financial planning, analysis, and strategy while collaborating across departments to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work with financial data in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Conduct detailed financial analyses including pro-forma evaluations for potential acquisitions.

Create and monitor key performance metrics related to capital efficiency, reserve growth, and other financial objectives.

Provide analysis for commercial proposals and bids to support decision-making processes.

Prepare impactful presentation materials for management and organizational meetings.

Perform competitive analyses and contribute to the development of corporate strategies.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Support ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and working with financial statements.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and credit analysis.

Familiarity with financial planning and analysis within E& P companies or related industries.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

High level of teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
