About the Job
The role's primary responsibility will be to support the development and execution of innovative and differentiating brand marketing strategies and tactics for HCPs, to create a best-in-class experience for them. The Director of Global Marketing HCP will work closely with country and cross-functional teams to ensure that the marketing strategy is consistent across respiratory indications and contributes to strengthen Dupixent Franchise.
The opportunity is to join the dynamic COPD franchise, a key growth driver within the Sanofi organization. This will mean being entrepreneurial, thinking big, working together as a team, differentiating from our competitors and focusing on science to address the unmet needs of patients that are suffering around the world. The position requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, with a strong execution focus and a global mindset.
This position would preferably be based in Cambridge, MA and will report to the Global Indication Lead COPD

This role reports to the Global Indication Lead COPD and supports the development and execution of innovative and differentiating brand marketing strategies and tactics aiming at creating best in class HCP experience.

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Aligment & Planning for HCP Marketing:
Global HCP marketing strategy co-creation and execution for Dupixent in COPD
Leverage competitive insights and market intelligence to drive positioning of Dupixent as First-in-class and Best-in-class treatment for COPD with underlying @type 2 inflammation
Develop and implement multichannel marketing approaches to maximize awareness and adoption
Shape value proposition and create compelling brand narratives and messaging
Market & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with Market Development for KOL strategy development and engagement
Engage with HCPs to gain deep insights into the needs in COPD collaborating with the assigned key markets to support aspirational and best in class positioning in respiratory space
Partner with Medical Affairs and HEVA to optimize IEGP delivery
Drive scientific communications and congress strategy execution
Collaborate with Customer engagement teams to support the improvements in customer journey from a marketing perspective
Ongoing Commercial Excellence:
Lead development of unbranded/branded campaigns including IVAs and one Dupixent pulm narrative
Co-create launch assets with affiliates to ensure market success
Monitor competitive landscape and optimize tactical approaches
Drive performance initiatives across regions, sharing best practices
Support the growth of brand in ever increasing competitive landscape
Spearhead the integration of COPD initiatives into the broader respiratory portfolio including one Dupixent Pulm narrative, creating synergies that enhance overall brand equity and generate a positive halo effect.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership:
Orchestrate collaboration across Alliance team and Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Market Development
Manage external partnerships specifically with agencies and vendors with internal quality process and vendors
Support with proactive engagement the upcoming key markets' launch preparation and execution
About You
Experience and knowledge
Demonstrated Marketing and Brand leadership experience at Local level, including ability to build marketing strategies, experience in launch, brand planning and omnichannel.
Proven ability to maintain market leadership in competitive environments
Cross functional collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs
Experience in advancing Customers engagement
Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights
Respiratory and/or relevant Biologics experience preferred
Global Marketing experience preferred

Education :
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business required

The salary range for this position is:
$202,500.00 - $292,500.00
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
