Construction Installer

?? Based in Aberdeen, SD | Regional Travel - Home Every Night

?? Full-Time| Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Very Limited Saturdays (Voluntary Only)

About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Installers . This is an entry-level position with a clear path to advancement. You'll start as a laborer/helper, working closely with a lead installer to learn the ropes of garage door installation-both commercial and residential. Each day starts at our shop, where you'll meet your crew and travel together to job sites in the region. You'll be home every night-no overnight travel required.

What You'll Do

Assist in installing garage doors, including:

Hardwiring doors

Setting tracks

Installing springs

Use hand tools and tape measures with precision

Learn from experienced leads with the opportunity to grow into a lead role

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one within 6 months)

Tape measure proficiency and hand tool experience strongly preferred

Team player with a positive attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
