Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and administrative support for both patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Coordinate physician schedules and ensure appointments are efficiently managed.

Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.

Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations in the healthcare setting.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies in all interactions and documentation.

Ensure proper phone coverage to address patient needs and inquiries promptly.

Facilitate effective communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare staff.

Utilize software systems to manage patient records and scheduling efficiently.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.

2 weeks PTO (1 hour earned for every 26 worked)

6 paid holidays + week between Christmas and New Years.

Requirements - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing calls and greeting visitors.

Ability to coordinate physician schedules and handle appointment management.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and procedures.

Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.

Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patients.

Capability to manage phone coverage and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Experience with software systems for scheduling and patient record management.
