Farnsworth Group is seeking an Entry-Level Landscape Architectural Designer in one of the below posting locations. As an Entry-Level Designer, you will support landscape architecture projects from concept through construction, working on a diverse portfolio that includes public spaces, private developments, parks, campuses, and more.

Posting Location(s) for this role: St. Louis, MO

Job Activities:

Assisting with the planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of projects

Preparing conceptual sketches, technical drawings, and presentation materials

Supporting the Project Landscape Architect with proposals, cost estimates, specifications, and reports

Participating in client, contractor, and project team meetings

Performing site observation and construction administration tasks

Delivering work that is accurate, timely, and reflective of Farnsworth's high standards

Specific Requirements include:

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program

0-3 years of related professional experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience using AutoCAD for drafting

Knowledge of plant materials including trees, shrubs, and perennials

Preferred knowledge of Adobe Suite

Interest in learning or expanding skills in 3D design and graphics software

Valid Driver's License

Desired Qualifications Include:

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Effective communication-verbal, written, and visual.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue licensure.

Enthusiasm for teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
