The Ohio Growth Association was developed in 1991 to provide products and services to Ohio employers looking for discounted services, products and benefit programs. TOGA has developed relationships with many chambers of commerce and other organizations in need and interest in developing discounted services and products to offer to their membership. Current membership of TOGA is approximately 38,000 employers of various sizes ranging from one employee to seventy-five hundred employees. It is also notable that TOGA is the only organization of this @type of structure. We are currently in talks to expand our association into other states.

The Network & Webmaster position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of TOGA's information technology operations, including managing IT staff, planning and implementing IT policies, ensuring the security and efficiency of systems, analyzing technology needs and implementing strategic upgrades to support business goals. The Network & Webmaster position will ensure smooth function of computer networks and systems while remaining current on industry trends and technologies.

Various Responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning: assess current and future business needs to develop IT strategies relating to marketing of current products and services, constantly evaluating infrastructure upgrades, software implementations and system improvements.

Budget Management: Create and manage the network and website budgets, including hardware and software purchases, vendor contracts and cost optimization initiatives.

Staff Supervision: recruit, train, and manage network and web staff assigning tasks and overseeing their performance.

Network Administration: monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls and data security systems.

System Implementation: oversee the implementation of new software applications, updates and system upgrades ensuring creative marketing formats and outlines relating to web creation.

Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity and efficiency.

Security Management: develop and enforce network, IT and web security policies, including data protection, assess controls, and disaster recovery plans.

Vendor Management: evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service, security of the equipment and warranties.

Compliance: ensure IT operation adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards relating to marketing, emailing, and receipt of information.

10) Performance Monitoring; track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of IT operations.

11) Technical Expertise: retain a deep understanding of network infrastructure, operation systems, security protocols, cloud computing technologies and current capabilities of website marketing capabilities.

12) Project Management: ability to plan, execute and monitor IT projects from initiation to completion.

13) Leadership Skills: effective communication, team, building, and ability to motivate and delegate tasks to IT staff.

14) Problem Solving; analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues and develop solutions.
