What You Will Work On

Drive new business growth in the US Financial Services vertical through strategic prospecting, engagement, and consultative selling

Lead end-to-end sales motions including account mapping, stakeholder engagement, solution value articulation, and contract negotiation

Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to develop business cases and compelling value propositions that align with prospect and customer goals

Build and manage a healthy pipeline for new prospects

Maintain strong visibility and documentation within CRM to support both new sales and customer success motion tracking

Develop and manage relationships with potential partners to accelerate pipeline development

Prospect via email, phone, LinkedIn, and partner networks with a strategic, personalized approach

Become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to C-level stakeholders, positioning Persado's Enterprise AI as a long-term value driver

What You Bring

8+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record in enterprise sales, including new logo acquisition and customer relationship growth

5+ years of experience selling into Financial Services / Banks at the executive level

Ability to manage complex deal cycles and expand relationships post-sale through strategic customer engagement

Strong storytelling ability for both technical and business audiences, especially C-suite stakeholders

A consultative, value-based approach to selling and relationship building

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messages to multiple personas

Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset and a structured, results-driven approach

Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech ecosystems and digital marketing strategy is a strong plus

Comfortable working in a high-growth, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving customer needs.
